Entry Requirements

Qualifications for maritime service

International cruise lines maintain strict hiring boards. Our curriculum is tailored to ensure you meet every physical, linguistic, and professional benchmark required for immediate vessel placement.

Hiring board standards

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong conversational English is mandatory for all international guest relations roles.

Medical & safety clearance

Candidates must pass a comprehensive maritime medical examination and obtain STCW safety training certification, which is fully integrated into our core curriculum.
